The Role As Nurse Manager, you will have overall responsibility for establishing and managing a professional nursing agency supplying temporary and permanent nursing staff to healthcare providers throughout Scotland. You'll lead all aspects of the service, including: Developing and growing the agency Recruiting, mentoring and supporting nursing staff Building relationships with NHS Boards, Local Authorities and independent care providers Ensuring safe staffing and high-quality service delivery Maintaining clinical governance and regulatory compliance Managing rotas, workforce planning and agency operations Driving business development and identifying new opportunities Delivering an outstanding experience for both clients and agency staff
