Job Description A leading government healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and support effective clinical and administrative management of the nursing department. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage nursing teams across assigned departments. Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure efficient patient care delivery. Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and clinical standards. Monitor quality, patient safety, infection control, and compliance. Manage staff scheduling, performance, training, and development. Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. Conduct performance reviews and address operational or clinical concerns. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Monitor nursing KPIs and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field is an advantage. Relevant nursing management experience, preferably in a hospital or large healthcare facility. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Experience in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and high-volume clinical environments.
