Nurse – LPN (Residential) Position Summary: The LPN Residential Nurse plays a vital role in providing medical support and supervision for patients in a residential behavioral health and substance use treatment setting. This role includes medication management, patient monitoring, and coordination with the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care. Responsibilities: • Administer medications and monitor for side effects or withdrawal symptoms. • Perform routine health assessments and communicate findings to the clinical team. • Support patient stabilization and provide nursing interventions as needed. • Ensure compliance with state and federal documentation and medication administration guidelines. • Educate patients on medications and health conditions. • Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the EHR system. • Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and counselors to support treatment plans.
