We are hiring a Nurse Aide I/Clinical Secretary to provide patient care support and administrative assistance that helps ensure efficient, customer-focused service delivery. In this role, you will support patients, families, and healthcare team members while contributing to WakeMed's Patient & Family Centered Care model. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will help create a respectful, collaborative, and supportive care experience.

• Provide patient care support under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Deliver secretarial and administrative support to patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Support a patient and family-centered approach by promoting dignity, respect, participation, and collaboration.
• Communicate information clearly and professionally to patients, families, and team members.
• Assist in creating an efficient, organized environment that supports quality patient care and service.
