Description
The Role As a Noviam Investment Analyst, you’ll work hand in hand with a Lead Advisor, support and service an existing book of client relationships, and gradually take on more responsibility, including leading client reviews, participating in growth initiatives, and developing into a full Investment Advisor Representative.   It’s   structured,   fast-paced, and built so that the more you   put   in, the further you go. How   you’ll   work: • Based in New York, NY, working in office, because the fastest way to learn this business is next to people who already do it well • Client meetings held both in person and over video conference • Competitive base salary plus performance bonus, with financial support while you train and license • A long-term growth opportunity with a defined path to Investment Advisor Representative What   You’ll   Do • Support and service existing clients: RMDs, income planning, investment planning, distributions, and legacy planning support • Prepare for client meetings and own the follow-up so nothing falls through the cracks • Lead client progress reviews (with support as needed) and track every relationship’s next step • Grow your own network and bring in new client relationships through referrals, introductions, and community engagement — the foundation of the book   you’ll   build • Coordinate with custodians and financial institutions on account opening, transfers, and maintenance • Process service requests and paperwork accurately from start to finish • Maintain detailed, reliable client records in CRM and planning software • Communicate proactively with clients to ensure   timely   follow-through • Participate in team meetings, seminars, networking events, and educational programs • Follow established processes, and help make them better Role Highlights • Client Engagement:   Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio reviews, with consistent communication and progress tracking. • Financial Strategy:   Learn to understand clients’   objectives   and risk tolerance and help craft personalized strategies with clear recommendations and guidance. • Advisory Guidance:   Help clients understand the advice and investment strategies suited to their   objectives   and risk tolerance. • In-Office Energy:   Daily in-person presence out of the New York City office, where you learn fastest and contribute most. How You Get There: The Noviam Pathway You   won’t   be thrown in. Noviam manages your development end to end, from recruitment through to a fully licensed, client-ready advisor: • Recruit:   We source driven people through university partnerships, career events, and targeted outreach. No prior   finance   experience   required. • Certify:   Structured SIE exam preparation with subject-matter-expert-led instruction and assessment checkpoints before you sit. • Train:   Practical training in product knowledge, client protocols, and the advisory process, built around real client scenarios. • License:   Series 7 and Series 66 preparation with timed practice exams and clear readiness gates. • Deploy:   Transition to a fully licensed Investment Advisor Representative, building your own book of client relationships with the firm’s support and   a mentor   in your corner. Why This Is a Career Worth Choosing Plenty of entry-level roles pay a salary. Far fewer hand you a profession, a mentor, sponsored credentials, and a path to building your own book of client relationships as an Investment Advisor Representative, all at once. Here’s   what makes this different: • You’re   trained, not thrown in:   A structured program prepares you before   you’re   expected to perform. • You’re   sponsored:   We pay for and support your required licensing. You   don’t   fund   your own start. • You’re   supported while you ramp:   Financial support during training and   licensing   so you can build a career, not chase a paycheck. • You’re   mentored:   Joint work, hands-on coaching, and the chance to learn directly from top performers. • You can go far:   Encouragement and support to pursue designations such as CFP® and   ChFC®, plus performance bonus and upside that grows with your own book of client relationships. The path runs well past your own book of clients. Our strongest advisors move into leadership, mentoring new   analysts   and then building and running teams of their own as the firm grows. We promote from within, so the people who help build   the books   are the ones who end up running   them. The further you go, the more you own, including the team you grow around you. Our Culture We’re   a high-energy, team-first environment. We work hard, move quickly, and support each other like a team. The people who thrive here share six traits: • Professionalism • Follow-through • Positivity • Accountability • A growth mindset • A genuine commitment to taking care of people What   We’re   Looking For You   don’t   need   finance   experience. You need the right raw material: • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent skills and work experience) • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through • A client-service mindset and real coachability • Comfort in a structured, fast-paced environment • An entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to positively   impact   others’ lives • The ability to work with, and learn from, top performers • Authorization to work in the United States Licensing:   We sponsor and prepare you for the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66. You bring the commitment to earn them within the program. What’s In It   For   You • Competitive base salary (career-track range) plus performance bonus • Sponsored licensing and exam preparation • Financial support while you train and license • Health and dental insurance • PTO plus all holidays off • Professional development and mentorship • A team-oriented, high-standards culture with real room to grow This Role Is NOT a Fit If… • You prefer remote or hybrid work. This role is in   office. • You struggle with organization or follow-through. • You’re   looking for a short-term position. • You’re   uncomfortable being coached, or dislike structure and accountability. • You’re   not a team-first contributor willing to step in where needed. • A fast-paced office environment   isn’t   for you. About Noviam Noviam exists to build careers, not just fill roles.   We’re   AI-forward and people-first: every stage of our program is designed around the individual, prioritizing access, real opportunity, and long-term success. We champion untapped and underrepresented talent and equip the next generation to lead in a tech-enabled industry. Join us to start a career that compounds. Interested? Job Type:   Full-time, in-office (New York, NY) Application question: I f hired, are you willing and able to earn the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 within the sponsored program timeline? Noviam Investment Analyst Entry-Level Talent as a Service™  ·  Investment Advisory Pathway New York,   NY  |  Full-Time  |  In-Office  |  Career-Track Start your career where your work actually changes people’s lives. Most new   grads   spend their first few years as a small cog in a large machine, buried in a back office, far from the people their work affects. This path is the opposite. From day one you’ll be trained, licensed, and placed alongside experienced advisors, learning the craft of investment advice by doing it: helping real families plan for retirement, fund education, navigate big financial decisions, and build the kind of financial confidence that lets them sleep at night. The Noviam advisory program is a true career track. We recruit bright, driven people, sponsor your licensing, invest in your development, and support you while you ramp. You start in a client-service-focused seat (roughly 70%   client service, 30% growth) and grow, with mentorship and a clear path, into a full Investment Advisor Representative managing your own client relationships. If   you’re   ambitious, coachable, and want a profession (not just a job) where effort compounds into real ownership and income, keep reading.
