Work in partnership with technical teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of technology services. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Stay informed on the latest IT advancements to provide clients with innovative recommendations. Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving any IT-related issues efficiently.
