Role Overview Provide high-quality, consistent voice recordings in an authentic Northern English accent to train and evaluate a customer''s internal CX AI Agent. This role focuses on natural, expressive delivery across a variety of scripts and controlled recording sessions. All recordings will be used exclusively for the client''s internal CX AI Agent and will not be sold, licensed, or reused for other products, datasets, or purposes. Key Responsibilities • Record clear, high-quality voice samples for a range of scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material • Deliver natural, expressive speech with controlled tone, pacing, and pronunciation • Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across sessions • Follow detailed recording guidelines regarding environment, microphone setup, and file formatting • Provide multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style when requested Qualifications • Female voice actor with a natural, authentic Northern English accent, currently based in the northern UK (examples: Yorkshire, Manchester, Newcastle, Liverpool) • Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting • Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter • Strong control of intonation, diction, and emotional range • Ability to follow scripts precisely while keeping a natural delivery • Reliable availability for 5-10 hours per week over the project duration • Willingness to permit voice cloning for the client''s CX AI Agent, understanding that recordings will be used only for that internal purpose Preferred Qualifications • Experience recording for text-to-speech systems, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets • Familiarity with basic audio editing tools, for example Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper • Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles, such as conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm Work Terms • Remote engagement, must be based in the northern UK • Hourly engagement, contractor-style scheduling based on allocated sessions • Expected commitment of 5-10 hours per week during the project Compensation • 50 - 100 hourly Eligibility • Applicants must be female and currently located in the northern UK • Apply only if you are comfortable with your voice being cloned for the client''s internal CX AI Agent; recordings will not be used outside that specific purpose
