Operating in a complex, stakeholder-led environment spanning farmers, processors, retailers, government and industry partners, it plays a vital role in safeguarding food safety, animal welfare, traceability and environmental responsibility. The Role We are seeking an experienced Non-Executive Finance Director to join the Board and provide independent, Board-level financial oversight, governance challenge and strategic insight. This is an opportunity for a senior finance leader to contribute to an organisation at the heart of British food and farming, helping to steward its financial health and reinforce confidence in its standards. Working alongside fellow Board members and the executive team, you will bring an independent voice to financial strategy, risk and controls, and support the organisation in navigating a demanding multi-stakeholder landscape.
