Job Title: Non-Executive Director
Location: Central London
Company Size: £90m turnover | Insurance Services | Private Ownership
Time Commitment: ~1–2 days per month (Board & Committee meetings, strategic input)
Remuneration: Competitive NED fee

Role Overview
As a Non-Executive Director, you will play a key role in providing independent oversight , constructive challenge , and strategic guidance to the executive team and fellow board members. You’ll help ensure the company maintains the highest standards of governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial focus as it continues to scale.
