On-site role : We expect candidates to visit our office 4 days a week. 🧠 What you’ll work with • TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS • MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ • AWS and microservices • Lots of integrations (we do that a lot) • Mix of greenfield and legacy systems (nothing scary) ✨ What you'll do • Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend services • Work within our microservices architecture , handling both maintenance and greenfield projects • Optimize, maintain, and continuously improve existing systems while building new features • Take ownership of the solutions you create, from concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance • Collaborate with PMs, QAs, and other developers to create the best experience for our users 🔍 What we’re looking for • A proven track record in software engineering with a history of impactful contributions • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, efficient code • Proficiency in system design and making architectural decisions • A proactive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup environment • Confident English – you can easily communicate complex technical concepts • Team player – no lone wolves.
