We're looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Plant Operator to join our Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating plant and machinery used to sort, process, and prepare recyclable materials, ensuring the facility runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest operational standards. Working as part of a busy operations team, you'll help maximise recycling rates, maintain material quality, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the plant. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety and performance.
