Description We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality care to our patients, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure each patient’s needs are met with excellence and empathy. Requirements Responsibilities: • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient status. • Assessment: Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to determine care needs and document findings. • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. • Monitoring: Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately. • Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions. • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. • Compliance: Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as state and federal guidelines. Qualifications: • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State]. • Experience: Previous experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred. • Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred. • Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift and move patients as necessary. • Prolonged periods of standing and walking. • Ability to handle physical and emotional stress. Work Schedule: • Regular schedule is based on patient volume and surgical schedule. Schedule is set by the Nursing Management prior to shift’s start.
