The Opportunity We're recruiting on behalf of a leading fresh produce manufacturer seeking a Night Shift Engineering Team Leader to oversee engineering operations on a large-scale production site. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer ready to take the next step into leadership, or an established Team Leader looking for a highly visible role within a growing business. You'll lead a team of engineers, drive reliability, and ensure production equipment performs at its best throughout the night shift operation.
