Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for Warehouse operatives / LLOP pickers – Night Shift for our client based in Brackmills, Northampton NN4 7BN Duties & Responsibilities will include: • Order picking using LLOP trucks • Manual picking the mezz area when require • General warehouse duties as required • Heavy lifting and manual handling – MUST BE FIT WITHOUT ANY RESTRICTION OF HEAVY LIFTING UP TO 25KG • Maintain housekeeping duties at all times • Good attention on details • Working in a target-driven environment to achieve daily shift targets for quality, safety and output. Requirements • Previous LLOP experience is essential • Must be comfortable with heavy lifting • Must be 18 years old or over • Good attendance Pay Rate & Shift Pattern Night Shift . • First 12 weeks: £13.98 per hour – Average paid working week will be 37.5 hours (30-minute unpaid break per shift). • After 12 weeks: £15.56 per hour – Average paid working week will be 40 hours (30-minute paid break per shift). • Overtime is payable after 37.5 hours for the first 12 weeks and 40 hours after 12 weeks worked in one calendar week. • Overtime rate first 12 weeks £20.97 p/h, after 12 weeks £23.34 p/h • 22:00 – 06:00 – Monday to Friday shift Apply NOW – Text “Night TP” to 07503 733 896 What We Offer: • Full-time ongoing contracts • Permanent positions available for successful candidates • Free on-site parking • Excellent canteen facilities, including vending machines, microwaves, and fridges • 28 days annual leave per year (dependent on hours worked) • Life insurance • Pension Take the first step toward an exciting new role!
