Remuneration: Expenses provided Hamilton Academical Women’s & Girls FC are seeking a committed and enthusiastic coach to support our NextGen U13 programme. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of girls’ football within the club and help young players develop their skills, confidence and understanding of the game in a positive and supportive environment. The successful candidate will work alongside the NextGen coaching team to deliver quality training sessions, provide matchday support and contribute to the ongoing development of players within the programme. Main Responsibilities • Assist with planning and delivery of engaging training sessions. • Support the technical, tactical and personal development of U13 players. • Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to players. • Support matchday coaching and player development. • Work collaboratively with coaches and club staff. • Promote a positive, inclusive and enjoyable football environment. About You We are looking for a coach who: • Has a passion for developing young players. • Enjoys working within girls’ football. • Is reliable, positive and committed. • Can build strong relationships with players, parents/carers and coaching staff. • Is keen to continue learning and developing as a coach. Qualifications & Experience Essential: • SFA 1.3 Coaching Qualification (or equivalent), or working towards this. • Experience within a football coaching environment. • Commitment to safeguarding and player welfare. Desirable: • Experience working within girls’ football or an academy environment. • Additional coaching qualifications or relevant experience.
