They now wish to add to their already hugely successful construction team, that is both Legal 500 and Chambers recommended. They have an excellent opportunity for a newly or recently qualified lawyer with at least a 6 month construction seat. You will advise their clients on Construction documentation including contracts, sub-contracts, collateral warranties, professional appointments, and bonds. This includes advising on many different standard forms such as JCT and NEC, together with bespoke documentation. Depending on your background you may also advise on disputes or other development work. The firm acts for developers, consultants, main contractors, and specialist subcontractors. The turnover of companies they act for mainly range between £5 million and £25 million. A lot of the work is on commercial buildings and blocks of apartments and they have a good range of core clients who regularly give them repeat work.
