Job Summary: We are looking for ESL tutors who can go to student's homes in Surrey. We match our tutors and students together carefully. This is a 'feel good' job. Students gain confidence and get closer to achieving their academic goals and future careers. Locations: We need people willing to tutor in Surrey. NOTE: We need tutors in place for summer and all school year round. We do not promise tutoring assignments because it depends on the students' needs at that time. Responsibilities: • Assessing student's needs and developing a plan to help them succeed • Assisting students with homework, projects, test preparation and assignments. • Teaching skills to improve academic performance, including study strategies, note-taking skills, and approaches to answering test questions • Providing students with positive and constructive feedback • Offering feedback on progress to students' parents
