We do a vast majority of residential and commercial work and are currently looking to add all trade levels to our team. The position can be either full time employment with competitive pay and benefits, or a full time subcontractor role with consistent work. Work with our team of experienced project managers helping to achieve making all our customer’s dreams come true. The ideal candidate will have 5 years (minimum) or more of experience and/or schooling within the trades, must be dependable, have reliable transportation (capable of hauling tools/materials and ladders), owns his/her own tools, and always projects a professional image. Responsible for the building, installation, and repairing of structures, fixtures and other items using different materials. Primary duties will include leading or aiding in full kitchen and bathroom remodels and/or repair, cabinetry layout and installation, trim installation, finish work, light plumbing and electrical, etc. Higher skilled craftsman must have the experience and ability to lead and keep workers on site efficient. Qualifications 5 years experience minimum (skilled craftsman) or more. Proficient with basic hand and power tools. Proficiency and experience with cabinetry layout and installation, and interior finish/trim carpentry. Drywall finish work, light plumbing and electrical, and other trade skills always a plus.
