Overview Bassett Healthcare Network , in central New York, is seeking a full-time Neurologist to build a sub-specialized practice in one of the following areas- Neuromuscular, Seizure, Epilepsy, Movement Disorders or Headache. Salary Range: $320,000 - $400,000 Sign-on Bonus: up to $150,00 Additional Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $45,000 Location: Cooperstown, NY Job Description & Responsibilities Join an established group of neurologists in an academic setting Opportunity to develop a neurology subspecialty program Anticipated mix of specialty and general neurology, with at least 50% of the time in specialty Mostly in-person outpatient clinic with opportunity for some remote tele-neurology Opportunity for academic appointment at Columbia University and teaching Bassett IM Residents & Columbia-Bassett Medical Students Inpatient & Outpatient Tele-Neurology support from University of Rochester Very limited call; 2-4 days per month Full spectrum case mix and diverse patient population Practice within Bassett Healthcare Network, an integrated system delivering care across an 8-county region
