Market price volatility and complexity are here to stay. The backbone of Europe's industrial economy is at risk, and companies need to act now. Our mission at trawa is to build the solution: an integrated B2B energy platform that combines procurement, energy management, and flexibility steering in one product. We have raised over €35M to date, including a €24M Series A in May 2025, and are backed by Balderton, Headline, Speedinvest, AENU, Magnetic, and Tiny VC. We as trawa, from employee to investor to founder, are committed to building the utility of the future. WHAT YOU'LL DO You will drive trawa's expansion into the Netherlands across the following key areas: - Go-to-market drive: You will help define and execute the Dutch go-to-market approach, support early customer acquisition and onboarding, and translate market feedback into product, commercial, and operational improvements. - Strategy development: You will fine-tune trawa’s approach to the Dutch market, define our positioning across different industries, sketch the operational design, and build key partnerships across GTM and Ops. - Cross-functional execution: You will act as the central coordination point between the Dutch market and our Berlin HQ, aligning teams, priorities, and workstreams to drive the expansion forward. - Local operations: You will set up the operational foundations required to serve Dutch customers, adapt HQ processes to local market needs, and take ownership of day-to-day operations once the market becomes active. - Local presence: You will represent trawa with Dutch customers and business partners, support the setup of our Amsterdam office, and build relationships across the Dutch energy ecosystem. - Team building: You will identify first local hiring needs, support recruiting and onboarding, and help shape the operating model and culture of the local organization. The setup of the role will evolve over time as we advance our expansion into the Dutch market. You will experience building trawa from 0 to 1, from 1 to 10 and from 10 to 100. In the first few months, you will regularly commute between Amsterdam and our Berlin HQ to work closely with our core teams and lay the foundation for trawa in the Netherlands. Once our Amsterdam office is established, it will become your primary workplace while you remain closely connected with our Berlin HQ. YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS After 30 Days (Onboarding): - You have understood trawa's business and product in detail and got to know all relevant internal and external stakeholders. - You have refined our expansion plan for the Netherlands and taken ownership of first work packages, delivering initial outputs. - You are driving internal decision-making processes with our C-Level and alignment with the operational team.
