Our team operates across the Nordics and Lithuania, supporting more than 8,000 customers on their digital transformation journeys. .NET Developers with Experience in Health Data, Clinical Systems or Public Healthcare Platforms Twoday is looking for both a Senior .NET Developer and a Junior .NET Developer (two to three years of relevant experience after your education) for a long-term public-sector healthcare project in Copenhagen. You will join Twoday as a permanent employee and work closely with one of Denmark's most important public healthcare organisations on solutions that support healthcare professionals, health data and critical public services. The role You will contribute to the development, maintenance and modernisation of complex .NET solutions in a highly regulated environment. Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include: Developing and maintaining .NET-based applications and services Designing and implementing integrations and APIs Working with health data and business-critical workflows Collaborating with architects, developers, product owners and stakeholders Participating in code reviews, testing and quality assurance Contributing to secure, maintainable and scalable solutions Senior candidates are expected to take a larger role in technical decision-making, solution design and mentoring. Required experience We are specifically looking for candidates with experience from one or more of the following areas: Electronic Patient Record (EPR/EPJ) systems Health data platforms Clinical systems Patient-related workflows Healthcare authorities Public healthcare platforms Solutions used directly by healthcare professionals Healthcare integrations and healthcare-related data flows Experience from administrative solutions alone (e.g. workforce planning, payroll or HR systems for healthcare organisations) is not considered sufficient for this role. Senior profile You typically have: Several years of experience with C# and .NET Experience working with complex integrations and APIs Experience from health data, clinical systems or public healthcare platforms Strong understanding of software quality, maintainability and security Experience working with stakeholders in larger organisations Junior profile You typically have: Two to three years of professional software development experience after having completed your education Experience with C# and .NET Experience from health data, clinical systems or public healthcare platforms Understanding of APIs, databases and modern development practices Desire to develop further in a strong professional environment Technical environment Experience with some of the following is expected: C# / .NET REST APIs SQL Server Entity Framework Azure DevOps CI/CD Integration development Automated testing Language requirements Fluent Danish, both written and spoken, is required.
