Benefits Benefits: • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Flex Spending Accounts • Flexible Schedules • Annual Continuing Medical Education Stipend • 403(b) with Company Contribution Program • 457 Savings Plan Role responsibilities What you’ll do as a Nephrologist: • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage disorders of the kidneys and urinary system, including chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, hypertension, and electrolyte imbalances. • Collaborate with primary care physicians, transplant teams, dialysis staff, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and comprehensive care. • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, adjusting them as necessary based on progress and new developments of their conditions. • Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, treatment options, and strategies for long term health management.
