At CSC, we provide regulatory-compliant solutions to both EU and non-EU investment managers as an authorised Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM). Licensed by the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI), our AIFM services ensure full compliance with applicable legislation including the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD). • Supporting the Designated Person (DP) for Capital & Financial Management. • Oversight of the NAV reporting received from the Fund Administrator. • Conducting portfolio analysis and direct monitoring of AIFs under management. • Preparing reports for key committees (Capital & Finance, Valuation, AIFM Board). • Onboarding of new clients. • Monitoring regulatory capital and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. • Reviewing AIF financial statements in line with relevant accounting standards. • Conducting due diligence on third-party valuation agents. • Ad-hoc projects within the AIFM team.
