Nu söker vi en nattreceptionist till Home Hotel Packhuset i Kalmar som vill bli en del av vår familj. Dina arbetsuppgifter • Ta hand om driften under nätterna • Välkomna varje gäst med ett varmt och personligt bemötande, så att deras första och sista intryck blir oförglömligt • Hantera receptionens nattliga drift, från in- och utcheckning till bokningar och gästförfrågningar • Vara gästernas självklara kontaktperson och erbjuda hjälp, rekommendationer och allt som bidrar till en hemtrevlig upplevelse, speciellt under natten. • Ställa fram frukosten på morgonen och även förbereda maten för frukosten Detta är en tillsvidaretjänst på varannan helg, och sträcker sig från 22:00-07:00 tre nätter på raken. Tjänsten kan komma att utökas vid behov. Är det dig vi söker? • Du tycker om att skapa personliga möten och har ett genuint intresse av att göra varje gästs vistelse unik • Du tar ansvar och genomför dina arbetsuppgifter ordentligt så din nästkommande kollega välkomnas av ett fint hotell • Du är anpassningsbar, lösningsorienterad och tar dig an varje dag med en positiv inställning. • Du arbetar självständigt och tar initiativ, samtidigt som du trivs med att vara en del av ett team som stöttar varandra. • Du måste vara minst 20 år på grund av serveringstillstånd Bonuspoäng för: • Är van att arbeta natt • Erfarenhet från hotellreception eller annan typ av kundservice • Erfarenhet av Mews eller andra hotellbokningssystem • Gillar högt tempo och utmaningar • Älskar att träffa nya människor och att ta hand om deras behov och önskemål • Har erfarenhet av Strawberry eller Home Hotel Vi värdesätter styrkan i mångfalden inom Strawberry.
