1. NATURE OF WORK Our teaching concept is based on helping the student become conversational first and foremost in addition to the teaching of all the other essential areas such as grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Teacher Obligations • Planning, organizing, and teaching private English classes. • Utilizing learning materials that support the learning objectives. • Assessing, recording, and developing monthly reports on the development and progress of pupils • Recording and maintaining accurate student attendance records. • Teachers must have and maintain a public profile. Included in their profile should be; a picture, their nationality, level of education/degree, previous experience and official working title (language consultant, English teacher, Portuguese teacher, etc.) • Teachers must wear formal clothes on the first day of new classes. After the first class, the teacher is trusted to evaluate the environment, client, etc. and dress accordingly each time after.
