      National Sales Manager – Zambia   Location: Zambia    Reports to: Head of Sales, Southern Africa     Drive Growth. Build Winning Teams. Deliver Results.   Flora Food Group is seeking a commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead sales execution across Zambia. This role is responsible for accelerating growth across General Trade and Modern Trade channels, strengthening distributor partnerships, and delivering sustainable market share expansion.  What you will do   Lead national sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue and market share targets Manage distributor and customer relationships across General Trade and Modern Trade Coach and develop field sales teams to deliver high performance Identify and close sales performance gaps through structured action plans Monitor sales investments, budgets, and return on investment Provide market and competitive intelligence to support business decisions.  So, what does it take to be successful in this role? Consistent delivery of ambitious sales targets Strong execution at point of sale and enhanced customer engagement High-performing, motivated sales teams and distributor networks.  Key skills, Qualifications & Experience   Degree in Business or related field 3–5 years FMCG sales leadership experience. Experience in both Modern Trade and General Trade environments Trade Category Management and Brand Building experience advantageous Effective planning, negotiation, accountability, and people development skills.  What’s next?
