About the Role: As the National Sales Account Manager at Skylight, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our footprint at Walmart and Sam’s Club, our top strategic partners. We are looking for an experienced accounts manager that has excellent business and execution skills to deliver profitable customer plans and market share growth. In addition to channel and operational management responsibilities, this role will also collaborate with internal stakeholders from sales operations, finance, supply/customer service, product management, and marketing. Location: Remote in the United States; Hybrid in LA Responsibilities: Execute strategies to expand Skylight's market share within Walmart and Sam’s Club at a national level. Established relationships with retailers and extensive knowledge of their internal systems and processes, specifically Walmart online portals, tools, Retaillink, Circana and other operational platforms. Execute comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue and unit targets. Play a key role in the execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring consistent tracking, reporting, and adjustment as needed. Manage daily retailer communications and negotiations, all new product launches and in store execution, creating performance scorecards, building exclusive bundles or skus,, preparing sales reports, implementing process improvements, leading customer meetings, etc.  Management of the major retail P&L including pricing, discounts, pallet/display production costs, marketing expenses and all related account expenses in conjunction with supporting our Skylight profitability targets. Effectively leverage internal resources (e.g. finance, marketing, operations) to maximize opportunities with Walmart/Sam’s.  Work with Sales Coordinator to ensure demand planning forecast and purchase orders are accurate and submitted in a timely manner  Manages multiple projects involving cross-functional teams with competing priorities, developing and monitoring project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical milestones  Provide information on market trends, the organization’s competitive position, customer programs, etc. in order to determine program and service strategies for the customers. Requirements 3–5 years of major account management experience, with direct ownership of Walmart relationship (required). You thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where priorities shift, decisions matter, and there’s no one hiding behind process. Strong strategic planning + execution muscle — you can build a plan, pressure-test it, and turn it into revenue-generating action. Exceptional relationship builder and communicator, comfortable working with senior retail partners and cross-functional internal teams (Ops, Finance, CS, Marketing).
