Job Summary: A warm and welcoming family based in W14 are seeking an experienced, organised, and proactive Housekeeper Nanny to join their household from September. This is a permanent, full-time position working alongside the family’s existing nanny and maternity nurse, with a primary focus on maintaining a well-run home while also providing support with the children when needed. The role is approximately 70% housekeeping and 30% childcare, making it ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys both aspects of the role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and organisation of the family home, including cleaning, laundry, ironing, wardrobe management, household organisation, and ensuring the home runs efficiently. Childcare responsibilities will include assisting with the family’s 16-month-old and newborn (due in November) as required, working collaboratively with the nanny and maternity nurse. The ideal candidate will be happy working as part of a team, have excellent attention to detail, and be flexible in supporting the family’s changing needs. No driving is required for this position. Candidate Specification: • Previous experience in a Housekeeper Nanny or similar private household role. • A genuine enjoyment of both housekeeping (approximately 70%) and childcare (approximately 30%). • Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. • A kind, warm, and professional manner. • The ability to work collaboratively with other household staff. • High standards of cleaning, laundry, ironing, and household organisation. • Flexibility, discretion, and excellent attention to detail. • Strong references and the right to work in the UK.
