Requirements Qualifications: Active and valid Cosmetology License in the state of Indiana is a must. Active Beauty of Culture Educator License is a must Proven experience in the nail industry with a strong portfolio of work. Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to student success and a passion for educating future professionals.
