Our ideal candidate is familiar with the Waldorf philosophy and its teaching methods and has relevant teaching experience. We are willing to explore the possibility of hiring an intern teacher, which is a great opportunity for a music teacher seeking a CA music teaching credential. The Music Teacher develops community, musicianship, and a love of music among our students and faculty. Responsibilities include planning and teaching music theory and classes for recorder, World Music percussion, and ukulele, as well as directing music for festivals and school events. The music teacher will support choral singing on piano. Requirements / Qualifications CA single subject music credential Intern teaching credential possibility A competitive salary ($50,000 - $75,000) depending on training, education, and years of teaching experience.
