Music Searcher & Licensing Coordinator for Polish TV Market  Upright Music is looking for a dedicated and proactive Polish speaking Music Searcher & Licensing Coordinator to be a part of our amazing Polish team.  Upright Music is an independent sync music agency, specialized in providing music for all kinds of audiovisual productions and film produced within the Nordics, the Baltics and Poland. We are headquartered in Copenhagen, but have growing presence in the Polish market and an office in the centre of Warsaw.    The job  The primary responsibility will be to initiate and establish new client relations as well as develop and strengthen existing relations within the Polish TV industry, including TV stations & channels, broadcast, production companies, documentary and film industry.  The job also includes being a part of our music research and licensing team doing music research for our clients and handling client projects delivering great music solutions to our clients.    Primary tasks  Grow our client base – research, initiate and establish new client relations through client pitches, meetings, presentations, etc.  Client relations – develop and strengthen existing client relations  Market research – segmentation of the market and identifying business opportunities  Music searches for clients and delivering great solutions on time  Adhoc - various administrative tasks related to sales, promotion and music licensing
