Description
– Report to: Senior Pastor
– Expectations:
– Lead & Recruit Worship Teams every Sunday Morning & Communion services
– Select songs for AM Service
– Oversee and equip Instrumentalist
– Lead rehearsal with instrumentalist and vocalist
– Oversee and train Choir to sing 8 times a year
– Schedule Special Music for Each Sun AM service & Communion
– Organize AM worship service plan & Communion service with approval from Senior Pastor
– Work closely with the Senior Pastor, technicians and worship teams
– Directs the set-up and tear-down of platform and equipment for Sun AM
– Evaluate with the Senior Pastor on the progress of each AM Service
– Assist the Senior Pastor with Weddings & Funerals
– Ensure that worship grows in scope and excellence in harmony with the church’s vision
