Callout: None We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading facilities management provider , for a Static Multiskilled Engineer to join their team on a site in Manchester City Centre . The Role You will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical and electrical building services systems, ensuring the site operates safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across building services systems • Respond to reactive maintenance issues on site • Maintenance and servicing of AHUs and FCUs • Carry out L8 water hygiene tasks where required • Test and maintain emergency lighting systems • Assist with fire alarm checks and maintenance • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Package • Salary: £42,000 • No callout rota • 31 days annual leave , increasing to 34 days with service • 6% employer pension contribution • Company sick pay scheme • Stable, long-term role within a well-established facilities management business This role would suit a multiskilled engineer with experience working within facilities management or building services environments who is looking for a static position in Manchester City Centre.
