Multilingual Technical Support Specialist (Dutch, Italian, Spanish or Polish) 📍 Location: Budapest or Debrecen, Hungary 🏢 Work Model: Onsite 🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time 🌐 Languages: Dutch, Italian, Spanish or Polish (C1) + English (B2+) Use Your Language Skills in an International Technology Environment Are you fluent in Dutch, Italian, Spanish or Polish and looking for a stable full-time role in an international environment? Join a multilingual customer support team supporting customers of leading global technology brands. In this role, you will communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, helping them with product-related questions, troubleshooting, order support and general inquiries. This is a full-time onsite position in Budapest or Debrecen with a structured onboarding program, weekday working schedule and long-term career opportunities. We welcome applications from both EU and non-EU candidates who already hold a valid Hungarian work permit and residence permit. What You Will Do Provide customer support through phone, email and chat channels Assist customers with product and service-related questions Support order processing and order-related inquiries Troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary Ensure high-quality customer experience in every interaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
