Qualifications What’s Required • Must have passed or is eligible for the examination for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI. Continued employment is provisional and based on completion by the ARRT in MRI within six months. OR • Must have passed the examination for the American of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) and remain in good standing. • Prefer two years’ experience in MRI. • Maintains BLS certification with biannual renewal.
