The Role Our security team is the first point of contact for all of our customers along with being a direct extension of our brand. It is vital that you provide a warm welcome to our guests and continue that rapport throughout the evening. Key Responsibilities • Proactively monitoring intoxication levels within our site • Reporting and coordinating with the head of security • Managing and de escalating conflict • Upholding the sale and supplier of Liquor Act 2012 • Checking ID’s Skills and Experience Security experience along with a COA is preferred however not essential. Our ideal candidate will • Be able to remain calm and professional under pressure • Communicate effectively • Be trustworthy and mature • Be able to control tricky situations and conversations responsibly • Share the passion we have for our brand and demonstrate this Working weekends is essential, we are looking for flexible applicants who are able to commit to late nights.
