Do you have experience in Motor Underwriting and are ready to take the next step in your career? My client in the insurance sector is looking for a Motor Underwriting Manager to join their growing team in Malta. In this role, you will lead the Motor Underwriting function, oversee the Motor portfolio to support profitable and sustainable growth, and provide technical underwriting guidance on complex risks. You will also work closely with brokers, intermediaries, and key stakeholders while contributing to portfolio performance, underwriting quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across the business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' experience within Motor Insurance, hold an ACII qualification or be actively working towards it, and possess at least 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience, preferably within a Motor Underwriting environment. Strong technical underwriting knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships are essential.
