What’s on Offer? • Basic Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 (including car allowance) • Financial Guarantees: Up to £800/month for the first 6 months • OTE Earnings: £70,000 – £85,000 • Benefits: Pension, DIS, bonus, and commission This is your chance to work with whole-of-market mortgage and protection products , supported by a proactive team of introducers and access to unlimited leads . Role Highlights • Lead Generation: Receive 8-10 new mortgage leads weekly from a busy introducer network. • Client Access: Unrestricted access to an extensive database of over 2,000 existing clients, alongside new prospects registering daily. • Earnings Potential: Advisors in this branch typically bank £120,000 – £140,000 annually, with commission opportunities leading to high earnings of £50,000 – £65,000+. • Property Market: Work with properties valued up to £1 million, with an average property value of £450,000 in the vibrant Slough area. • Support: Dedicated administrative assistance to streamline your processes and help maximize productivity. Your Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients. • Build relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met with tailored mortgage solutions. • Collaborate with the estate agency team to drive new business opportunities. • Maintain compliance and deliver exceptional customer service. What We’re Looking For • Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with Competent Adviser Status (CAS). • Proven track record in mortgage sales from independent, tied, or banking environments. • Knowledgeable about mortgage and protection products. • Proactive, driven, and capable of working independently as the sole Mortgage Advisor in a high-performing branch. • A clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license.
