Molding Technician Elizabethtown, KY (42701) Full-time Pay range: $18 – $23/hour (based on experience) Shifts: Must be available for either shift Night shift (6:00 PM – 6:20 AM) on a 3/2/2 rotation schedule Day Shift (6:00 AM-6:20 PM) on a 3/2/2 rotation schedule Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in plastics injection molding Ability to work night shifts and follow all safety and work instructions Essential Duties & Responsibilities Optimize molding processes to maximize output, minimize scrap, and meet productivity and quality goals Create, maintain, and administer molding training programs Troubleshoot and correct mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues Collaborate with maintenance, line personnel, and management to solve problems and improve production efficiency Work closely with QA to address process trends and develop corrective action plans Audit molds to ensure they are production-ready and meet PM (preventive maintenance) schedules Participate in or lead improvement activities such as SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die) and 5S Follow all company policies, including safety and health protocols If you have injection molding experience and are available for night shifts, this role offers a strong opportunity to work in a high-growth manufacturing environment with comprehensive benefits.
