Your Mission: As a Mobile Service Technician for German Clients, you will ensure Dingli’s aerial work platforms (AWP) and material handling equipment operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities include providing on-site technical support through maintenance, inspections, and repairs across Germany, guaranteeing the safety and efficiency of customer equipment. Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial work platforms at customer sites. Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Document service activities and manage inventory of parts required for repairs. Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment operation and maintenance. Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements based on field experience. Collaborate with management and engineering teams to address any product design or performance issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
