Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Mobile Service Technician for the Benelux and Germany region. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing exceptional service and support for our range of aerial work platforms and material handling equipment. Your expertise will enable our customers to operate their machines effectively and safely. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aerial work platforms and related equipment on-site at customer locations throughout the Benelux and Germany region. Respond efficiently to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely solutions. Document all service activities, including repairs performed, parts used, and follow-up actions needed. Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance practices to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with our engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and possible improvements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and enhance satisfaction.
