The role Are you a skilled phlebotomist who enjoys working independently and providing exceptional patient care? We’re seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team serving patients throughout the Indianapolis, IN region — visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and bringing quality laboratory services directly to the people who need them most. What your day looks like • Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Indianapolis, Indiana • Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques • Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport • Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners • Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility staff What you bring • Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred • Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and age 21+ • Excellent customer service and communication skills • The self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible schedule What we offer • Competitive pay and mileage reimbursement • Flexible scheduling and an independent work environment • The stability of the nation’s largest long-term-care laboratory • Purpose in every visit — you are how care reaches patients who can’t come to us Apply today Visit americanhealthassociates.com/careers or apply at www.americanhealthassociates.com.
