OTC Fleet Services is hiring a dependable Mobile Equipment Mechanic to serve the Lancaster area. This hybrid position combines on-site work with local travel to service forklifts, pallet trucks, and lifts for our commercial clients. Benefits: • Competitive pay: $25–$33/hour based on experience • Health insurance starting Day One • 401(k) match after 3 months • PTO after 90 days + paid holidays from day one • Company-paid Life Insurance • Cell phone stipend • Company van + fuel card after training • Diagnostic & specialty tools provided • Uniforms provided • Employee discounts on parts • Ongoing technical training + paid certifications • Most managers are promoted from within Main Duties: • Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile equipment: forklifts, pallet trucks, boom lifts, and scissor lifts • Provide courteous, professional customer service at all times • Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment • Work independently in the field and manage assigned jobs • Typical start time: 6:00 AM , following the initial training period Requirements: • Previous experience with forklifts, lifts, or heavy equipment repairs • Strong mechanical, hydraulic , and electrical system knowledge (6–48 volt) • Experience with mobile service work preferred • Provide your own hand and power tools (up to ½” drive) • Clean driving record • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Basic computer skills; ability to manage electronic work orders • Dependable, self-motivated, and professional demeanor • Stable work history Looking for a role where you're trusted in the field and supported like family?
