Job Description
1. Product Parts Requirement Analysis:
• Conduct a preliminary review of material requirements planning to identify any anomalies, and verify with relevant departments before placing orders.
2. Supplier Management:
• Supervise suppliers’ product quality and delivery schedules, and conduct regular audits.
3. Inventory Control:
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate but not excessive stock.
• Develop inventory management strategies to reduce inventory costs and improve turnover rates.
4. Production Scheduling Coordination:
• Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely supply of raw materials.
• Communicate across departments regarding production plans to ensure smooth operations.
5. Risk Management:
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for emergencies.
• Adjust and improve delays or mitigate potential losses in the event of unexpected incidents.
6. New Product Mass Production:
• Assist in the preparation for mass production of new products, ensuring timely supply of parts.
