Public Practice & Tax Recruitment Specialists Clark Wood are working with a leading independent firm of accountants & tax advisers who are keen to recruit a Mixed Tax Manager to join the growing tax consultancy team in their Warrington office.
The role will involve providing a tax compliance service, including portfolio management responsibilities across both Personal and Corporate Tax, with the responsibility for managing a portfolio of Private and Corporate Tax including projects, consultancy & advisory work.
Providing tax technical advice to Private Clients, HNWI clients; advice on tax residence status, capital gains tax, inheritance tax. There is also scope for more corporate advisory work such as; SDLT, tax efficient dividend planning, exit planning as well as EIS schemes, EMI share options, R&D and capital allowances.
The ideal candidate will be CTA Qualified and will have relevant managerial skills as well as sound mixed tax knowledge and technical expertise.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Assistant Manager or Manager to develop their skills and career within a leading independent firm.
Ideally you will be CTA / ACCA / ACA / ATT Qualified with relevant tax experience within a practice environment.
