Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Working with the High School Student Pastor, create and implement a vision, goals, and overall strategy for the Middle School Ministry in alignment with the Mission and Values statements of Harmony Hill Baptist Church. Primarily, this should include:
a. A strategy for intentional discipleship of middle school students personally and organizationally through Life Groups.
b. A comprehensive strategy for special events and retreats used to engage middle school students spiritually.
c. An intentional strategy for middle school students to receive missional training and opportunities to serve that instill the heart for missions in them.
d. An intentional approach to meet middle school students’ spiritual developmental needs.
