By bringing together global tech and commercial functions, the Growth Group allows us to fully leverage data and drive digital transformation and organic growth for AB InBev around the world.   What you'll  do   Partner with stakeholders to answer business questions through data analysis, providing actionable insights that support operational and strategic decisions.    Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and reports that enable self-service analytics and business visibility.    Use SQL to query, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.    Perform exploratory analyses, identify trends, investigate business issues, and support root cause analysis for product and commercial initiatives.    Contribute to the definition and maintenance of business KPIs and reporting standards.    Apply data visualization best practices to create intuitive, impactful, and user-friendly dashboards.    Leverage AI tools (such as LLMs and coding assistants) to improve productivity, accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and support documentation while validating analytical outputs.    Translate analytical findings into clear narratives tailored to both technical and business audiences.    Collaborate with international teams to deliver high-quality analytical solutions under tight timelines.      What  you'll  need   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.    Strong SQL skills for querying and preparing analytical datasets.    Strong Power BI knowledge, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.    Knowledge of statistics and analytical methodologies.    Experience using Python for data analysis is a plus.    Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and willingness to incorporate them into daily analytical work.    Understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling techniques.    Intermediate English communication skills.
