A Benelux law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join its growing Banking & Finance team in Brussels. Your Responsibilities • Advise on a wide range of credit and lending matters , including leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated loans, and real estate finance. • Draft and negotiate key documentation: facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor agreements, and legal opinions . • Manage cross-border transactions from term sheet to closing, working closely with senior lawyers and clients. • Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory developments in the banking and finance space. Your Profile • 2 to 6 years of experience in Banking & Finance law • Belgian Master of Law. • Native Dutch or French speaker , with excellent command of English and working knowledge of the other national language. • Proactive, pragmatic, and detail-oriented—able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
