Description
Your team’s dynamic: We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) expert with deep experience across end-to-end supply chain value streams. You will own the functional design, configuration, and continuous improvement of D365 F&O across three core value streams: Inbound to Outbound — from supplier receipt through warehouse operations to customer shipment Procure to Pay — requisitioning, purchase orders, supplier management, AP automation, lead time management, trade agreements, Build to Forecast — production planning, demand-driven replenishment, inventory optimization You will be the subject-matter expert bridging business stakeholders and technical teams, driving measurable improvements in order fulfilment velocity, cost, and accuracy. Your day at a glance: Order Fulfilment & Warehouse Optimization Streamline the end-to-end order fulfilment cycle — from sales order creation through pick-pack-ship — reducing cycle times and error rates Implement and tune shipping order automation, carrier rate-shopping, and freight management within D365 F&O Transportation Management (TMS) Define and document operational workflows for inbound receipts, cross-docking, inventory transfers, and outbound shipping EDI & Systems Integration Design and oversee EDI integrations with suppliers, 3PLs, and warehouse partners (850/855/856/810 and equivalents) using D365 Data Management or middleware platforms Collaborate with integration architects on inbound/outbound interface specifications, error handling, and reconciliation processes Support connectivity with logistics platforms, carrier APIs, and external WMS systems Procure to Pay Configure Procurement & Sourcing module including purchase agreements, vendor catalogues, approval workflows, and three-way matching Automate lead-time management — vendor lead times, safety stock rules, reorder points — to reduce stockouts and excess inventory Streamline accounts payable processes including automated invoice matching, payment journals, and vendor self-service portals Production & Demand Planning Support Build-to-Forecast scenarios using Production Control, Master Planning (MRP/MPS), and Demand Forecasting modules Configure Bills of Materials (BOMs), routes, production orders, and capacity scheduling Partner with planners on S&OP process improvements supported by D365 Planning Optimization Project Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement Lead requirements workshops, process mapping (current-state / future-state), and gap analysis Author functional design documents (FDDs), test scripts (SIT/UAT), and training materials Manage delivery backlog, coordinate with development team on custom solutions, and track defects through resolution Provide hyper care support post go-live and drive continuous improvement cycles What makes you a great fit: 5+ years of ERP functional experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Supply Chain track) or equivalent Microsoft AX suite Hands-on configuration expertise across: Transportation Management (TMS / Freight Management), Inventory Management & Product Information Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Production Control, Sales & Marketing (order management) Proven experience delivering full-lifecycle D365 SCM implementations from requirements through go-live at multi-site, multi-entity organizations Experience designing and supporting EDI integrations with suppliers, carriers, and/or warehouse partners Strong command of D365 Data Management (DIXF) for data migration and interface design Demonstrated ability to document functional requirements, write FDDs, and guide development teams Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex system capabilities into plain business language for non-technical stakeholders Eligible to work in Can
