Industrial discipline connects the two. What You'll Architect This role focuses on translating data into decision-ready intelligence. You design the semantic and visual layers that make data usable, trusted, and actionable across organisations. Design and deliver scalable BI solutions using Microsoft technologies (Power BI, Azure, Fabric) Build semantic data models that support dynamic, reliable, and scalable reporting Develop dashboards and reports aligned with business needs and decision processes Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure strong integration between data pipelines and reporting layers Contribute to end-to-end data platform design, including data warehousing and integration Support migrations and modernisation of BI environments to cloud-based architectures Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within reporting solutions Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions Contribute to architectural decisions and promote best practices in BI and analytics Participate in cross-industry projects, connecting data, reporting, and performance management Who You Are You understand that reporting is not the end goal, enabling better decisions is You think in terms of models, structure, and usability rather than just dashboards You combine technical expertise with an understanding of business needs You are comfortable working across the full BI lifecycle, from data modelling to visualisation You bring clarity and structure to complex data environments You are curious, continuously learning, and open to evolving technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem You collaborate effectively with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders You contribute to raising standards in data visualisation and information design What You Bring Qualifications / Experience 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics consulting Hands-on experience with Microsoft BI technologies (Power BI, Azure, Fabric, etc.) Professional working proficiency in Dutch and English Technical Skills Strong experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboards) Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and lifecycle Experience with Azure-based data platforms Ability to design scalable semantic layers and reporting architectures Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes Understanding of data governance, quality, and consistency principles Nice-to-haves Basic understanding of AI/advanced analytics is a plus Rewards - What We Offer at Keyrus Growth At Keyrus we have created an environment where people are supported, challenged
